Summary 0001183: non-full filename typo
Description The 2016 edition contains a typo "non-full filename" instead of "non-null filename" in section 2.5.1.
The accepted text for 0000480 and the approved TC2 do not contain that typo.
Desired Action On page 497 line 17259-17261 section XSH 2.5.1 Interaction of File Descriptors and Standard I/O Streams, change:
A handle which is a stream is considered to be closed when either an
fclose( ), or freopen( ) with non-full filename, is executed on it (for
freopen( ) with a null filename, it is implementation-defined whether
a new handle is created or the existing one reused),

to:
