Summary	0000679: bc's Bessel function description needs improvement
Description	The bc description of j(expression, expression) is lacking some important details. It doesn't say which way round the arguments are, and it doesn't say whether it computes the Bessel function of the first kind or second kind. Checking a couple of different implementations, it appears that bc's j(n,x) is equivalent to the C function jn(n,x). The suggested new description is based on the description of jn() in XSH.
Desired Action	Change: j( expression, expression ) Bessel function of integer order. to: j( expression1, expression2 ) Bessel function of expression2 of the first kind of integer order expression1.
