Summary0000119: posix_typed_mem_open() ENAMETOOLONG should be "may fail"
DescriptionIn the revision a change was made to the ENAMETOOLONG errors for
mq_open(), posix_typed_mem_open(), sem_open(), and shm_open().
The descriptions were updated, and the intention was for them
to move from "shall fail" to "may fail". However, the move
to "may fail" was only done for three of the four functions.
Desired ActionAt the end of the ERRORS section (line 48961) add:

    "The posix_typed_mem_open() function may fail if:"

and move the ENAMETOOLONG error from line 48952 to after this
new line.
