Summary 0000212: editorial errors in <time.h>
Description TIMER_ABSTIME is not specified in C99, and is only used by clock_nanosleep and timer_settime, both of which are marked CX.

There is a typo in the description of getdate_err.
Desired Action Add CX shading to lines 14153-14155 about TIMER_ABSTIME.

On line 14159, change 'progrm' to 'program'.
