Summary0000237: chgrp -h and -P options still conditional on symlink ID support
DescriptionIn the revision, user and group IDs for symlinks became mandatory
and the chown page was updated accordingly in the descriptions of
the -h and -P options.

Equivalent changes should have been made for chgrp but were not.
Desired ActionAt line 80511 delete

    If the system supports group IDs for symbolic links,

At line 80516 delete

    If the system does not support group IDs for symbolic links, for
    each file operand that names a file of type symbolic link, chgrp
    shall do nothing more with the current file and shall go on to any
    remaining files.

At line 80526 delete

     if the system supports this operation
