Summary	0000726: There's an extra period at the end of item 1
Description	In the short text of the Acknowledgements section there's a list of four items. Only the first item ends with a period '.'. Note: I'm reading from the web at http://pubs.opengroup.org/onlinepubs/9699919799/frontmatter/acknowl.html, so I just filled bogus page number and line number.
Desired Action	Remove the period from the first item. Or add periods to the other items as well.
