DescriptionThe standard sometimes uses "decimal-point character" or "decimal point character" where "radix character" would be more appropriate (because POSIX does not have a definition of "decimal-point character").

Note: The C standard uses "decimal-point character" for the same concept as POSIX's "radix character" (section 7.1.1).
Desired ActionOn page 53 after line 1637 insert a new definition:
Decimal-Point Character

Change page 83 line 2369 from:

to:
