Descriptionwcsftime is specified as being equivalent with strftime, with a few exceptions. However, none of these exceptions mention field widths (added to strftime in POSIX 2008), and the strftime specification for field widths is in terms of output bytes.

Presumably, wcsftime should interpret field widths as a number of wide characters.
Desired ActionAdd text clarifying wcsftime's interpretation of field widths.
