Summary	0000670: references to "time_" prefix should be "timer_"
Description	In describing the -l c and -l rt options, the standard says: -l c This option shall make available all interfaces referenced in the System Interfaces volume of POSIX.1-2008, with the possible exception of <...> and interfaces beginning with the prefix clock_ or time_ in <time.h>. ... -l rt This option shall make available <...> interfaces beginning with the prefix clock_ and time_ in <time.h>. There are no interfaces that begin with "time_"; the text should have said "timer_" in both places.
Desired Action	Replace "time_" with "timer_" in lines 79683 and 79696.
