0000951: Prefix should be timer_, not time_

Description

It says the librt standard library includes from <time.h> the interfaces prefixed clock_ and time_, and excludes them from libc. The <time.h> header only has interfaces with timer_ as prefix, none with time_ as one.

Desired Action

Replace time_ with timer_ in those 2 places.
