Summary 0001854: dd iflags=fullblock should be iflag=fullblock
Description 0000406 requested GNU dd's "iflags=fullblock" be added to the standard and that's what was done, but that's the wrong spelling.

It should have been "iflag=fullblock" without the s.
Desired Action Change all occurrences of "iflags" to "iflag"

 I checked GNU coreutils, busybox, toybox, FreeBSD, NetBSD and Illumos, and they all have "iflag", not "iflags" (NetBSD and toybox have iflag but looking at the source don't seem to have iflag=fullblock yet)
